An update on coronavirus

 

Dear customers,

 

We understand that there is a great sense of “panic” in the world at the moment. However, nothing is permanent and things will eventually continue as normal. In saying this, we remain positive at BookAclassic and will continue to do whatever we can to provide the services of our booking platform.

 

Considering making a new booking?

New bookings made after the 15th March can be cancelled or rescheduled at any given time within the next 4 weeks for the time being, and can be extended depending on the development of the situation.

 

Changing an existing booking

If you have booked a vehicle and would like to reschedule, we are happy to assist you in arranging a new date with the car owner.If you choose to cancel, we’d like to offer you an eVoucher. The eVoucher will be equal to the full value of your booking, and can be used on any vehicle in any country.

 

Our customer service is available to answer any questions you may have in these turbulent times.
